- The owner accepts no liability or responsibility for damages incurred by the Hirer.
- Hirers should insure Tools, Plant & Equipment against loss, damage or theft.
- Loss, damage or theft of Plant or Equipment will be charged for at replacement cost.
- The hirer's have to be insured for towing (portable air compressors, etc.)
- We accept no liability for injury, loss or damage resulting from the malfunctioning, breakdown, stoppage or non-arrival of the Plant, or from the hirer's incorrect mounting or assembly of parts or accessories or from hirer's misuse of the plant.
- The hirer will be charged for the call-out of a fitter is there are blockages, air locks or water in the fuel systems.
